Living in Paradox Panel Discussion

Last night The NZ Institute of Landscape Architects Auckland Branch, in association with the University of Auckland National Institute of Creative Arts and Industries (NICAI), presented an evening’s discussion on Garth’s new book.

The evening was an opportunity to hear Garth set out his key themes, ideas and insights from the book, followed by four guest commentators who reflected and provided comment upon the book: Matthew Bradbury (Senior Lecturer, School of Landscape Architecture, Unitec), Dr Kai Gu (Senior Lecturer, School of Architecture & Planning, NICAI), Rod Oram (business journalist and commentator on NZ cities) and Dr Charles Walker (Assoc. Professor, Colab: Creative Technologies, AUT). Professor Diane Brand, Dean of NICAI, introduced and chaired the evening’s lively discussion.
