Kaweka
Kaweka, a development by New Ground has been recently completed. The Build-to-Rent development at New North Road, Mt Albert, was undertaken on behalf of Hāpai Housing. The project delivered 44 brand-new, high-quality rental homes, designed specifically for long-term tenancy and certified Homestar 7. The homes offer a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom options, catering to a range of modern living needs.
Reset provided specialist landscape architecture services from resource consent through to tender and construction documentation. The landscape approach comprises of a shared open lawn space, a pergola/seating area, communal raised productive garden beds, private outdoor space and a comprehensive site wide planting strategy. An existing rock outcrop was also successfully incorporated into the site plan as a unique feature within the landscape. Reset worked closely with the consultant team to ensure unique site challenges were addressed through rigorous site planning, design testing and regular information exchange.
