Pembroke Heights Wānaka

In 2021 Reset was engaged to complete a masterplan for a subdivision on land known as Allenby Farms Wānaka. Reset was responsible for the securing and procurement of all trees, plants, and materials, as well as the supervision of the landscape throughout construction. Signage as shown above with Linda, was also provided by Reset.
The masterplan focused on staging the subdivision into seven stages, of which the first two are now complete. A great planning team of Townplanning Group, Landpro, Insight Engineering, and Reset were engaged to create this masterplan to provide over 300 sites into the housing market.
A series of open space reserves amongst the housing help to create a wide open landscape providing fantastic views across the Northlake area of Wānaka.
A large reserve space combining picnic areas, drinking water, walkways, an electric barbeque and seating amongst protected tree zone spaces of Kanuka, is just the start of this exciting asset of Wānaka housing. Over 10,000 indigenous plants will provide birdlife rather than rabbits into the surrounding landscape with pest animals being removed, measured and managed as the site progresses, Advanced Landscape Supplies and Mutukituki working together to provide solutions for the rabbit infested site.
Over 15,000 indigenous plants have been planted by Mutukituki Natives, hundreds of street trees secured and provided by Easy Big Trees.
With a further 5 stages yet to be developed over the next five years WFH Properties are ready to celebrate this land development coming to market for the first two stages already sold out.
Reset Director Linda Joll provided the securing and procurement of all trees, plants, and materials, as well as supervision of the landscape throughout construction. The above image shows Linda with the signage which was supplied by Reset.
Special mentions to the construction team of Benchmark Construction, The Roading Company, Urban Group, Advance Landscape Systems, Mutukituki Natives, Urban Effects, Easy Big Trees. McKay Brothers Building, Pembroke Schist.
