Reset worked in collaboration with the Guangzhou Urban Planning & Design Survey Research Institute (GZPI) on the HuangJinWei Wetland Park in Guangzhou. The vision for the wetland park is to build on the existing fabric of fishponds to create an extensive urban wetland park with significant ecological features benefiting the local and regional biodiversity. Introducing a wide range of recreational programmes to amplify the river identity and optimise the enjoyment of the riverfront landscape.
HuangJinWei Wetland Park will become a treasured urban ecological centre in the Pearl River Delta combining the multiple functions of wetland conservation, education & research, ecological sightseeing, recreational activities and heritage.
