Mangawhai Hills
Recently, Reset have been working closely with Patrick Fontein on the development of Mangawhai Hills. This masterplanned regenerative community is a true celebration of nature, featuring an extensive network of native bush walking trails and cycle tracks. With sustainability at its heart, Mangawhai Hills embraces a vision of self-sufficiency, where water, wastewater, and power are all managed on-site in harmony with the natural world, complementing the national grid.
Working closely with the project team Studio D4, Doug Leighton, Barkers, Chesters, TPC and Viridis, Reset were engaged to provide specialist landscape architectural and urban design services for the Private Plan Change (PPC84) of the site and provide a Landscape and Visual Effects Assessment and Urban Design Assessment for the application.
Reset are now providing landscape and urban design services for stage 1 of the development and subsequent development areas.
