Our wellbeing focus

RUD 25275 Team wellbeing

Reset’s Directors value our hard-working team. Their wellbeing is of utmost importance to our overall performance and as Directors we believe health and wellbeing to be a high priority in all our business decisions.

There are several ways this has been incorporated into our company.

In recognition of service, as each of our team members achieve various milestones, it is of value to share and celebrate these milestones. Celebrating the anniversary of start dates is one aspect we have added into our wellbeing package, birthdays are also celebrated by having the day off paid, and health insurance is offered after a 12-month period of continuous employment. A luxury retreat is gifted after three years continuous employment.

Reset has implemented a range of opportunities which arise as people grow and develop within our organisation. Pathways and support through to senior levels, associate, and directorship within the Reset organisation are another way to offer further growth and security. Registration within NZILA and other academic opportunities are also realised through support by Reset.

Sharing a lunch and a TED talk is a great way to share ideas and take a break from projects, this happens on a regular basis and is another way to deepen the culture of our practice to ensure our team feel they are valued and have opportunities within our organisation to thrive.

Here at Reset we are a dog-friendly office. A key part of our wellbeing package is allowing fur babies in the studio. Having dogs in the office can help lower stress levels, reduce blood pressure, boost productivity and promote an atmosphere of teamwork.
