Waimanawa
The Warkworth South Plan Change 93 has recently been approved by Independent Hearing Commissioners.
Reset were engaged by the property owner in late 2020 to lead the visioning and strategic development of the site. Reset provided specialist landscape architecture and urban design services for a 159ha masterplan for a private plan change known as Waimanawa in Warkworth. The site comprises a number of properties on the southern side of the township of Warkworth. Together with Osbornehay, Tattico, Maven Associates, A Studio Architects, Traffic Planning Consultants and other expert consultants, our multi-disciplinary team have been working collaboratively to develop a comprehensive masterplan that demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed residential development.
